The sole basis for all our beliefs is the Bible: which is uniquely God-inspired, without error, and the final authority on all matters to which it speaks. The Bible teaches there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each possessing all the attributes of deity.
We believe that God created humans to have fellowship with Him, but they defied God by sinfully going their own way. As a result, we need God's saving grace to end our alienation from God. Salvation comes only through God's grace-not human effort-and must be received personally by repentance and faith.
We believe that Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth. He voluntarily died on the cross as our substitute. He paid the penalty of sin for every person who will turn away from their sin and trust Him for their salvation. He was buried in a tomb and on the third day, He rose from the dead. He is now at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. He is the only mediator between sinful humanity and Holy God. We believe one day soon He will return as the conquering King of all kings and Lord of all lords.
